Returns Policy for Dog Life Hub

Return Period: You can return any item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be returnable unless they are faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items: If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, and cover the cost of return shipping.
How to Return an Item:

- Package Your Return: Safely package the items, ideally in the original packaging.
- Send the Items Back: Use a trackable shipping service to return the items to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund immediately. Please note that after the refund is processed on our end, it may take some additional time for your bank or payment provider to credit the amount back to your account. This can vary, so please check with your bank or card issuer for their specific processing times.
Exceptions: Please note that after 30 days, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty.
